Return Policy

We accept returns only under specific conditions to ensure product hygiene and quality.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is initiated within two days

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support with order ID and issue details

  2. Share clear images/videos of the product

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Important Notes

 

  • Artificial jewellery is delicate; slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects

  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side

Refund Policy

At Kanakshree / Monika Raj, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds

  • Damaged or defective products received

  • Incorrect product delivered

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within two days

  • After approval, the item will be exchanged and delivered within 5–7 days if the same stock is available.If not, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products without original packaging and tags

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
